This policy applies to the Sandbox Zombies app, to sandboxzombies.com, and to other interactions through email communication.

Sandbox Zombies does not access any personal or sensitive user data. I do not collect user data.

The only information stored by the app is levels the user has created, and game preferences. These are stored locally on your mobile device, in a location private to Sandbox Zombies. You can easily delete it by uninstalling Sandbox Zombies.

The hosting provider I use may keep log files which may include IPs without additional identifying information. I do not collect any personal data or use any cookies.

I will collect contact information such as your name, email address, and the content of your emails, chats and other communications. I collect this information to be able to reach you, to provide efficient customer support and to improve the quality of my products. This data will be deleted upon your request.

I will only use and process personal information from you when it is my legal duty, when you consent to it, or when it is in my legitimate interest.

I do not and will not sell personal information from my users. I only disclose your data strictly as stated in this policy. I will only share information with the type of third parties described below.

Third Party Vendors that perform services such as website management and hosting or email communications. In such instances, your personal information will be shared only for the purpose of performing services on behalf of me and in accordance with this policy. I may also share non-personal information such as aggregated data to partners or publicly. For example, overall game statistics or sales.

I do not knowingly collect personal information from children or send them requests for personal information. Although visitors of all ages may navigate through my website, I do not intentionally collect personal information from persons under the age of 16. Following a notification by a parent or guardian, or discovery by other means, that I am storing data for a child under 16, I will delete the child’s personal information from my records.
